GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Lemonade Events and Experiences LTD. ("Lemonade," "we," "our," "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to these General Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"), which govern all our concierge services, event planning, and group travel arrangements.

Please note that for specific bookings, you will be required to sign additional Booking Forms with supplier-specific Terms & Conditions (including cancellation policies). These supersede our General T&Cs in the event of any conflict.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Lemonade Events and Experiences Ltd. offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

Event planning and coordination

Group travel arrangements

Concierge services (accommodation, activities, dining, transport, etc.)

Lemonade Events and Experiences Ltd. offers only services that are limited to what is legal, ethical, and considered safe and socially responsible.
We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers ("Suppliers"). While we strive to work with reputable suppliers, we do not own or control their operations and are not liable for their actions, omissions, or service failures.
TERM & TERMINATION

These Terms & Conditions take effect upon receipt of the signed Booking Form by the Client and remain in effect until the completion of the Services as outlined in the Booking Form.

Early termination may occur as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and the Booking Form Cancellation Policies.

The Term may be extended with the written consent of both parties.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.

A deposit may be required to secure reservations, with the balance payable by the due date specified on your invoice.

Payments are processed via QuickBooks or Stripe, unless otherwise specified.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

Third Party Vendor Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier and will be detailed in the Booking Form for your specific reservation(s).

Our ability to provide refunds depends on the terms set by suppliers.

Any service, planning or management fees paid to Lemonade are non-refundable.

CURRENCY
All monetary amounts referred to within the Booking Form, Terms & Conditions, Proposal Document, Budget Sheet, Quote, Invoice or otherwise are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Lemonade Events and Experiences LTD. will communicate to the Client should the currency not be in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

Lemonade acts as an agent and is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or dissatisfaction resulting from services provided by suppliers.

Clients acknowledge that travel and event participation involve risks. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary insurance.

We shall not be liable for any force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) that impact service delivery.

Some group tours are based on minimum participant numbers; if the number of participants falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed, or the tour may be cancelled. Any cancellations of a tour or package for reason of failing to meet the minimum number requirement will be governed by the tour operator’s cancellation policy.

Lemonade is not responsible if participation in any activities included within the itinerary leads to a worsening of any pre-existing conditions. We are also not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses (including loss of life) arising from participation in activities. Clients acknowledge and assume all risks involved in participating in activities, including physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, disability, or death, and accept full responsibility for their participation.

Suppliers may make alterations to itineraries due to factors such as severe weather. Such changes are at the sole discretion of the Supplier, and Lemonade bears no responsibility for these alterations.

As an agent for suppliers, Lemonade does not control their operations and is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction with services. We disclaim liability for any act, error, omission, or failure of suppliers, including cancellations, service failures, bankruptcy, or changes beyond our control.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lemonade Events and Experiences Ltd. (‘Lemonade.’), its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The Client’s participation in activities arranged by Lemonade.

Any actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, service providers, or other participants.

Any claims brought by other participants in the Client’s group or third parties as a result of the Client’s engagement with Lemonade’s services.

Clients acknowledge that Lemonade facilitates experiences but bears no liability for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.

Any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs) must be communicated in advance, but fulfilment is subject to supplier capabilities.

Each participant of any trip (inclusive of activities) or event organized by Lemonade is expected to act responsibly and adhere to all behaviour guidelines established by Lemonade and our Suppliers, including adhering to dress codes at religious or cultural sites or Supplier dress codes.

Lemonade and all local Suppliers reserve the right to remove any participant from any facility, hotel, resort property, tour location, or means of transportation if their health or conduct appears to endanger themselves or others, disrupts the general well-being of other clients, or interferes with the operation or security of the places visited. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Clients accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by them. Full payment for such damage or loss must be paid directly to the accommodation owner, manager, or Supplier. Clients must indemnify Lemonade for the full amount of any claim (including legal costs) made against us. We are not responsible for any costs incurred concerning a guest removed from a trip, event, or any portion of a trip or event.

Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.

Any transportation, possession, or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the trip or event and may result in prosecution by law enforcement authorities. Clients are responsible for knowing and observing local British Columbia, Canada licensing laws for drug possession (including prescription and over-the-counter drugs). Laws may require carrying a prescription from a doctor.
MINORS

Clients acknowledge that individuals under the age of 19 ("Minors") may participate in certain services or activities only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian must sign all required waivers and agreements on behalf of the Minor before participation in any activities.

Some activities may require the presence of a parent or legal guardian during participation, as determined by the supplier’s terms. It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm these requirements in advance.

Lemonade is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure to obtain necessary consents or comply with supplier restrictions regarding Minors.

Parents and legal guardians assume full responsibility for the safety, conduct, and well-being of Minors during participation in any services booked through Lemonade.
CONFIDENTIALITY

Lemonade's Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect client information. By using our services, clients consent to our data practices.

Lemonade will not disclose any confidential information obtained from clients, except as authorized by the client or required by law.

Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information received from Lemonade.

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely, even after the conclusion of services.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property developed or produced under this agreement remains the exclusive property of Lemonade.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited-use license for any intellectual property provided as part of our services.

Title, copyright, and distribution rights of all materials remain with Lemonade.
CONSUMER PROTECTION & FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES
Lemonade Events & Experiences LTD. is committed to upholding consumer rights and fair business practices. Clients are entitled to:

Transparent pricing and clear service descriptions.

Protection under applicable consumer laws in Canada, the UK, and the USA.

Fair complaint resolution procedures.
If you have any concerns, please contact us, and we will work towards a satisfactory resolution.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lemonade reserves the right to update these T&Cs as needed. Clients will be notified of any material changes that may impact their bookings.
